Lindsay French: Executive Director
Lindsay is originally from Rochester, NY and started her healthcare career at 15 years old working in an assisted living facility. Lindsay received her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Cortland and MBA at The Citadel. She and her husband and two dogs live on John’s Island and enjoy getting out on the water, traveling, and spending time with their families.
Lisa McLeod: Director of Sales and Marketing
Lisa is our Director of Sales & Marketing with over 15 years’ experience in senior care. She graduated from Merrimack College with a BA in Sociology and a minor in education. She received her CRCF license about 13 years ago. She has also worked with a private duty home care company, as well as hospice. Lisa and her husband have 4 children and 2 beautiful labs.
Melodie Garman: Director of Nursing
Melodie has 22 years of experience in skilled nursing. She has a Master of Nursing degree in leadership and management from Walden University. She also achieved two post-master’s certificates in nursing education and nursing informatics. In her free time, she enjoys teaching as an adjunct clinical instructor for a local nursing school, pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, and spending time with family and friends outdoors.
Renee Elson: Director of Rehabilitation
Renee Elston has over 12 years of experience in therapy services. She is new to Charleston from Northwest Louisiana and brings us her energetic, outgoing personality and will bring enthusiasm to our community!
Samuel Robinson: Culinary Services Director
Samuel Robinson is originally from South Carolina, and recently moved back to the Palmetto State from Charlotte, NC. He is a trained Chef and experienced culinary leader.
Anna Padgett: Life Enrichment Director
Anna Padgett is the Life Enrichment Director at Kempton of Charleston. Anna has a Bachelor’s of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management from Clemson University and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Anna strives to provide activities that will be fun, engaging and meaningful for our residents.
