Billy White is the Administrator & Executive Director at The Carrollton of New Orleans. He is responsible for the overall operation of the community. In his role, he is the executive responsible for administering and ensuring all appropriate standards are met and maintained throughout all departments within the organization.
Mr. White is a seasoned versatile and well-respected leader with more than 24 years of experience in the field of Emergency, Clinical, Industrial/Occupational, and Skilled Nursing. He has a dynamic leadership history accepting full accountability for divisional/departmental direction, strategic management, development of new service operations, and performance strategies within the healthcare environment. He has a proven ability to integrate clinical quality & service quality into all aspects of operations.
Prior to Mr. White joining Liberty Senior Living, he administrated one of the largest skilled nursing facilities in the state of Louisiana with over 200 licensed beds, consistently meeting his administrative and operational responsibilities.
Mr. White holds a Bachelors of Science Degree (BS) in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is a licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (NFA), National Association of Board of Examiners of Nursing Facility Administrators (NAB). Mr. White is from Houma, Louisiana. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and Mardi Gras. Also, he loves listening and playing music, as he is an accomplished drummer.
